What do the different states of the products sold correspond to?

Brand new with label
As received, the labels are still attached and/or the item is in its original packaging. The item has never been used and has no defects.

Brand new without label
The item is new, but does not have the original labels or packaging. The item has never been used and has no defects.

Very good condition
Used or worn a few times, but is impeccable, it may have a few small imperfections, which are clearly indicated and mentioned in the listing.

Good condition
Used or worn many times, may show signs of wear, which are clearly indicated and mentioned in the listing.

Satisfactory
Used or worn many times, has defects clearly visible in the photos and mentioned in the description.

Where do the items for sale come from?

Individuals, most of whom bought the new product on the brand's website, wanted to put their product on sale to empty their cupboard, buy new products... and make people happy!

Some items come directly from the Maison Mangostan brand (prototypes, exhibition models, etc.)

Is the price of the products negotiable?

The price of the items is not negotiable.

It is set directly by the seller, to whom we suggest a fair price.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments by credit card (Visa & Mastercard), Apple Pay & Paypal

Can I return the product if it does not suit me (size, color, etc.)?

Your product does not comply : we will refund you and generate your return label within 24 hours.

Your product does not suit you:
- Items purchased from a private seller are neither refundable nor exchangeable. However, we offer you the possibility of relisting your purchase, without commission.
- Items purchased from the Maison Mangostan brand are eligible for return.

How can I be sure that I will receive my item?

The vast majority of orders reach their recipient without incident!

If you encounter a problem (shipping, delivery, etc.), we invite you to write to us , once the problem has been identified and proven, you will be reimbursed directly to your bank account.

How can you be sure that the product received will conform to its description?

Once your order has been received, you have 72 hours to report a possible problem (non-compliant item, counterfeit, etc.).

Our teams will analyze your request as quickly as possible and will provide a possible full refund for your order.

How long does the seller have to ship my order?

The seller has 5 days to ship your order!

But the vast majority ship it much faster!

Which country can I be delivered to?

We deliver to mainland France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Portugal, Germany, Austria, Spain and Italy at the moment.

What delivery options do you offer?

We offer delivery to a relay point (from €4.99) and home delivery (from €8.49)

How much does delivery cost?

The delivery of your order depends on the number of shipments and the delivery method chosen.

For example, if your order is made up of 3 items, from 2 different sellers and you wish be delivered to a relay point, you will pay 2 x €4.99 or €9.98.

The exact amount is calculated during the payment step!

How to track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive emails at each important stage of your package.

What to do if my order does not arrive?

It occasionally happens that the order has been delayed... or has been lost en route.

In this case, we invite you to contact our support teams who carefully analyze each situation

Can I return my order?

How much can I get by selling my item?

When you make a sale on the platform, you obtain a 120% gift card (e.g. €120 gift card for a sale of €100).

You also have the possibility of obtain a transfer of 85% of the sale amount.

How do I sell my items?

Can I send you my products so that you can manage the sale directly?

We do not currently offer this service but we have this need in mind!

I will not be able to ship my items for some time (holidays, ...), what can I do?

This is an excellent question, which will help you avoid degrading your order cancellation rate!

You have the option of deactivating your current ads, by contacting us directly

Remember to put them back online when you return!
